Electric Vehicle Charging Stations

  • NEW! Communities In Charge: Up to $10,500/port for Level 2 charging stations. Available anywhere in California.

  • NEW! CALeVIP 2.0: Up to $100,000/port for DCFC projects only. Available for California’s Central and Eastern regions.

  • LADWP: Up to $5,000 per charging station for commercial customers. New enrollment window to be announced Q2 2023.

  • SCE, PG&E, SDG&E: All large investors-owned utilities have similar programs: A combination of construction assistance for the infrastructure upgrade plus rebates for the purchase and installation of the EV charging station.

  • Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) Credits: Register your new charging stations with CARB and sell your credits for a profit. Vector partners with SRECTrade to make this process easy and hands-off for you.

  • Alternative Fuel Infrastructure Tax Credit: Up to $100,000 when meeting labor and census tract requirements.

LED Lighting

  • LADWP Commercial Lighting Incentive Program (CLIP): Up to $0.24 per kWh saved when switching lighting to LEDs.

  • SCE Lighting Programs and On-Bill Financing: New third-party incentive programs are now available for SCE customers depending on type of business and application. On-bill financing is also available: Participation in one or more rebate programs is mandatory. Inquire to learn more!

  • PG&E On-Bill Financing: Available to any commercial customer, including school districts, this 0%, no-fee loan can be used for any energy efficiency projects and is repaid through the savings generated by the new energy efficient measures, such as LED lighting.

  • California Energy Commission’s Energy Conservation Assistance Act (ECAA) loan program: Low to zero percent loans to public schools, local government, special districts, and California Native American Tribes for energy efficiency, energy generation, energy storage and electric vehicle charging infrastructure projects.

  • Section 179D or EPAct179D, the commercial building tax deduction, was made permanent by lawmakers at the end of 2020. Businesses that completed an energy efficiency upgrade between 2016 and now can apply for this tax deduction.
